Attack of the Italian Futurists

Well thank you http://punchdrink.com/ for this cool insight into the odd ball world of Italian liquors. I had to go to two different store to get the booze for a drink with 3 ingredients but I put on a dvd of Peter Sellers After the Fox and gave this a go, Not my favorite but worth the time.

The Shakerato

INGREDIENTS

· 1 1/2 ounces gin

· 1 1/4 ounces Campari

· 1 1/4 ounces Contratto Rosso

Garnish: Castelvetrano olives Glassware: rocks

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously until ice begins to break into very small pieces.

2. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with three Castelvetrano olives on a cocktail skewer.
